Gender JUST is seeking a Full-Time Community Organizer

Gender JUST is seeking a full-time Community Organizer to help organize
Gender JUST through an exciting phase of growth, transformation, and
development.


This position calls for a seasoned organizer whose core role will be to
assist organizational leadership in issue-based *direct-action* organizing
campaigns, leadership development and training, base-building, and
organizational development.  The ideal candidate for the Community
Organizer position is deeply committed to *power-based* and
*direct-action*organizing.

An ideal candidate for this position will have served as lead organizer or
in another staff leadership position at the local level in community,
labor, faith-based, or other organizing tradition.
