*Do you want to make a difference in someone's life? Are you willing to volunteer in order to do so?* *Making Mentoring Meaningful (MMM),* also known as Mentoring Children of Prisoners, is a mentoring program that provides youth ages 4-18 years old, who have an incarcerated parent, the opportunity to be matched one-on-one with a volunteer mentor for academic and recreational support. Commitment: Two (2) outings per month for at least one year. Activities are planned around mentor/mentee schedule. Activity ideas include: going to the park, zoo, making friendship bracelets together, playing sports, learning a new magic trick, skating, going to a museum, doing your homework together, practicing to become the next American Idol together, or anything that you both are interested in doing. *Our next mentor training on Saturday, February 12th from 9am-12:30pm at our office: 3947 S. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60653. Please let me know if you can make it. * Please feel free to contact Dionis Harvey and request an application to become a mentor and begin the process of Making Mentoring Meaningful! *Dionis Harvey*** *Recruitment & Partnership Coordinator * *Chicago Youth Centers* *Dionis.harvey@chicagoyouthcenters.org* *773-268-3815 ex 29* *312-802-1470 (c)* *www.chicagoyouthcenters.org * ** *Become a mentor today!!* **
