About Me

My name is Diana Soriano, I am bilingual, bicultural, and I am a UIC Alumna. I advise students in the College of Business Administration and the College of Education. When I am not in the office, I immerse myself in the UIC environment and enjoy exploring the city of Chicago by attending concerts, lectures, and cultural events.

students who meet the listed criteria, Applications can be

Applicants MUST have the completed application submitted/ 
postmarked by March15th 2011.*

*Scholarship recipients will be awarded during the SHPE-Chicago 
annual Gala Banquet in May. We strongly encourage all students

* Eligibility Requirements *

*· Hispanic students who live in Illinois and attend a college or
university in Illinois.*

* *

*·        Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year undergraduate 
program or a graduate degree program.*

*·        College and graduate students who expect to graduate in
or after 2011.*

* *

*· Have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.*

*· Major in a STEM field (Natural Science, Technology, Engineering,
Math)     *
